About us

Our story started with a passionate group of individuals who came together with one goal: to shake things up and create a real, positive change in the world of human support and services. Frustrated by the lack of clear frameworks and understanding, our management team decided to build something different — a service that truly puts Person-Centred Care at its heart. At Bamford Community Care, we're all about redefining what support should look like — focusing on quality, compassion, and most importantly, making a difference in the lives of the people we work with. We’re on a mission to help our participants live with dignity and experience a meaningful, fulfilling life!

Mission

To deliver services that unify people with community and deliver supports that are person centred and empower individuals.

Vision

Bamford Community Care aims to provide a welcoming, safe, private, and comfortable environment for participants and our professional staff through ethical and collaborative practice.

Core Values

At Bamford Community Care, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of respect and dignity for those we support.  As part of this commitment, our team follow the 10 principles of Dignity in Care outlined below.

o Zero tolerance of all forms of abuse.
