In Home Supports

Personal Care: Dignified support with showering, bathing, grooming, hair washing/drying, and dressing.

  • Daily Routines: Assistance with getting in and out of bed, morning and evening routines, and mobility support.

  • Domestic Assistance: Light house cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and organizing.

  • High Intensity Supports: For participants with complex health requirements, our staff are specially trained to deliver complex health care under clinical delegation and oversight.

Clinical & Complex Nursing Care

Complex Bowel Care: Comprehensive management plans to maintain abdominal health and comfort.

  • Enteral Feeding & Management: Expert care for Naso-Gastric Tube (NGT), Jejunum, or Duodenum feeding systems.

  • Tracheostomy Management: Safe airway care, suctioning, and specialized hygiene management.

  • Urinary Catheter Management: Professional care for In-dwelling Urinary Catheters (IDC), In-out Catheters, and Suprapubic Catheters (SPC).

  • Complex Wound Management: Clinical assessment, sterile dressing changes, and ongoing skin integrity care.ClinicComply

  • Subcutaneous Injections: Safe administration of prescribed medications under clinical protocols.

Level 2: Coordination of Supports: Helping you design, connect, and maintain a robust network of mainstream, community, and NDIS providers.

  • Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination: High-level, crisis-management style coordination for complex situations requiring clinical or social work expertise to overcome systemic barriers.
